Family-System Mapping & Role Identification
You will build a clinical genogram — a multi-generational family map that makes the invisible architecture of your family visible. Identify assigned roles, map alliances and triangulations, excavate the unspoken rules, trace emotional inheritance across generations, and describe the emotional climate of your childhood home. By Day 7, you will have a complete System Portrait — a written synthesis of the organism that shaped you.
Module Two — Somatic Reclamation (Days 8–14)
Nervous System Regulation & Body Work
Learn to read your nervous system in real time using polyvagal theory. Map where you hold emotion in your body. Practice vagal toning to strengthen your body's built-in calming response. Learn titration and pendulation — the evidence-based practice of approaching traumatic material in small, manageable doses. Confront the freeze response. Complete the stress cycles your body has been holding for decades. By Day 14, you will have a complete Nervous System Portrait.
Module Three — Shadow Dialogue (Days 15–21)
Parts Work, Inner Child & Shadow Letters
Meet your internal parts through the lens of IFS — the Exiles carrying your original pain, the Managers trying to control everything, the Firefighters numbing and distracting. Dialogue with your Inner Critic. Write a letter to your exiled parts. Hold a Protectors' Council. Complete a full Shadow Inventory of every quality, desire, and emotion you've repressed. Have a direct conversation with your anger. By Day 21, you will have a complete Parts Map of your inner world.
Module Four — Rebuilding Sovereignty (Days 22–30)
Boundaries, Identity & Integration
Conduct a boundary audit across five life domains. Write boundary scripts with the exact words you need. Reclaim your identity through a two-column inventory separating who you were trained to be from who you actually are. Design reparenting rituals for your five core unmet needs. Move through a grief ritual for what was never had. Build a personalized daily nervous system regulation protocol. Write a letter to the woman you are becoming. Create your Integration Commitment — and sign it.
